Staying at Hotel Excellence Inn was an absolute delight! The impeccable service, cozy rooms, and attention to detail truly made my experience memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the amenities provided added an extra layer of luxury. I highly recommend Hotel Excellence Inn for a truly exceptional stay.

I have many overseas business trips, so I live in a hotel for about 10 months a year. I've been to 54 countries, but the quality of service is poor. Of course, some of the staff are friendly. It was the first time I threw out a dinner menu at a 4-5 star hotel, so I was embarrassed. Is Türkiye too racist? Asians can feel that way because they are sometimes racist. Is raki usually mixed with water before serving? elsewhere is given separately. And, I don't mix water. Mix beer and drink. Steaks are always served Well-Done. . Of course, I understand that it is because the meat quality is not good because the price is cheap.(However, the previous Izmir Ramada Hotel cooks rare. The price is about 100TL cheaper) The current outside temperature is 37 degrees and the temperature of my room is 29 degrees.after when I sleep sweaty every day, the housekeeper is diligent and cleans up the bedding the next day.Thank you. How do you know that Koreans like warm things and are so considerate? If the electricity bill is a waste, you can just raise the hotel bill. Right now, the company is close, so I'm holding back. Now that the supervising is over, many staff will come. At that time, I would recommend Corner Hotel in Sincan to them. I work while sweating in the heat, and I have to cool down in the evening. The hotel manager recommends visiting the Ramada Hotel in Izmir once. You should get a feel for what the service of a 4-star hotel is like for a similar price.However, since the price is cheap, all is forgiven. Lastly, observe service manners. Then the guest will also keep the guest's manners. If the service is bad, you don't say anything when the customer throws away the cigarette ash and puts their feet on the table. My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The lack of accessibility for disabled individuals was absolutely appalling. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel had not made any effort to accommodate guests with disabilities. The entrance had steep stairs and no ramps, making it impossible for wheelchair users to enter without assistance. Inside, the hallways were narrow and cluttered, making navigation extremely difficult. It's truly disheartening to see such blatant disregard for inclusivity. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you or anyone in your party has accessibility needs.

Rooms are comfy, breakfast was OK, nothing special. Coffee was really bad though. The rooms need maintenance. It was 17 degrees in the room and heating is not working because it’s “central” and they did not “turn it on” yet. 5 days till October in Ankara, what are you waiting for, Santa? Couldn’t close window, bathroom door was crooked and needed some “encouragement” to close it. Edit: we had a pleasant chat during check out. Management surely seemed capable and eager of solving problems I had. Mentioned heating was a temporary issue during maintenance and they’d gladly offer extra blankets, a fresh coffee etc. I appreciate their approach and focus on problem solving. As an introvert, I prefer not having multiple phone calls and conversations but it was obvious they would do their best to make my stay a better experience.

Hotel is pretty good overall, rooms are nice, restaurant Service is quick but the menu has limited options and you cannot get or food from outside. Breakfast is okay not too good. The breakfast menu remains almost same everyday. There's no swimming pool or gym facility which is a major drawback. Reception staff is helpful. There's a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor. Location is good as there are lots of good restaurants within a mile. Late check out is max 2pm even with special request. Overall good experience.

Hotel is Ok. Rooms were clean at arrival and during the stay. Good location nearby Supermarket and Restaurants Breakfast is Good. Internet is very bad. (Very slow) Every 20min / 2h you have to relogin onto a homepage. Even if you login to "Superbox" - then it is Super-slow. I claimed this already in January and in March - but no improvement.
